Tool CBN (cubic boron nitride) abrasives as raw materials, namely a metal powder, a resin powder, ceramic and metal plating as binder, into various shaped articles, for grinding, polishing, grinding, called CBN abrasive .
CBN (cubic boron nitride) grinding the general structure of the operating layer, the substrate, the buffer layer consists of three parts.
CBN layer known as a working layer woodworking saw blade , the
construction cutting blades abrasive, binders and fillers, is abrasive working portion. The buffer layer is also called non-CBN layer of binding agent, and a filler metal powder is firmly attached to the part of the base layer of the CBN.
The base is machined from aluminum, steel or made of bakelite, supporting work from abrasive layer and the role of chucking.
