2. In respect of life, only one layer of abrasive grinding wheel plating, so the plating resin grinding wheel life will be inferior to the diamond grinding wheel;
3, machining precision, surface roughness of the workpiece for the impact of the same size, the plating process out of the surface roughness of the grinding wheel to be worse.
